We are a Pakistan-based company, and we currently only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (or sooner) after being placed.
- We process orders every day, including weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We use reliable courier services such as Leopards and Trax to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Currently, we only offer standard delivery, which takes approximately 4 to 5 days depending on the customer's location.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping fee: PKR 199 applies to all orders.
- Free shipping: Occasionally available during sales and special promotions.
5. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a packing slip that includes their tracking number.
- Orders can be tracked directly on the respective courier service’s website.
6. Payment Options
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Payment options.
- Prepaid orders require verification before shipping for security purposes.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a reattempt may be made by the courier.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and contact details.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
