We are a Pakistan-based company, and we currently only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (or sooner) after being placed.
  • We process orders every day, including weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We use reliable courier services such as Leopards and Trax to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
  • Currently, we only offer standard delivery, which takes approximately 4 to 5 days depending on the customer's location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fee: PKR 199 applies to all orders.
  • Free shipping: Occasionally available during sales and special promotions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a packing slip that includes their tracking number.
  • Orders can be tracked directly on the respective courier service’s website.

6. Payment Options

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Payment options.
  • Prepaid orders require verification before shipping for security purposes.

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a reattempt may be made by the courier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and contact details.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
